Hello, I am semper_fi

Hello pinoybodybuilding community, I am semper_fi, 23 y/o and 5'6" and currently 69 kg. Gusto kong mag simula mag lift ng weights pero wala akong proper guidance kung paano ko sisimulan. I'm not the guy na pinanganak na matigas na agad ang katawan at yung kahit anong kain ay halos di tumataba. Medyo malaki talaga ang stomach at malaki talaga sidefats ko at manipis naman ang upper body ko at mapapayat ang braso ko. Nag research nadin ako tungkol sa body types and I'm pretty convinced na skinny fat ako. Sinubukan ko mag-jogging and mag-diet noon pero pumapayat ang ibang part ng katawan ko at tyan lang ang naiiwan na malaki. I can't even do 20 push-ups straight. I want to change my physique at the same time maging strong but very limited lang ang pwede ko gawin ngayon dahil onboard ako ngayon. I really want to change myself and I know it's never too late to start. I know that I came on the right community that will help encourage me on my journey to a new me. Thank you very much.

    pictures please..... try to do saitama workout... if you dont have time to go to gym....

    try 50push ups, 50 sit ups, 50squats 5km run every other day make it 3-4 times a week for 3months
