Sharing my 2months struggle sa gym.

almost 2 months of lifting heavy and eating less. and syempre following all the things that are posted here sa site.

    Yun nga eh hahaha kaya di na ako nag a-abs kasi baka susunod na lang yan hahaha.concentrate ako sa upper body part but syempre may leg day din kahit once a week

    Deadlift - 150lbs 5x5
    Bench - 130lbs 5x8
