Hi! Newbie here.
I'm a 20-year old college student from ubelt. I've been lifting for 1 year already and I can't say if solid ba yung unang months ko but I was able to gain weight(I was only 55 kgs back then, I'm at 70 kgs now).
Last September 2017, I got injured and was forced to stop for 2 months. Injury was so bad na kailangan ko iparehab yung wrist ko. HAHAHA. After 2 months, nagbigay ng go signal yung PT ko. And I started lifting again. Nung una mahirap kasi nag-aadjust pa rin yung wrist ko.
Prior to the injury I was doing SL 5x5 for a month. I was determined to finish the program so I could increase the volume of the weights I'm lifting(gusto ko kasi talaga makapag-pullups. Frustration ko na yun dati pa.) Also, hindi yung workout routine naka-injure sakin. May loko lang na nakabangga sa akin while I was doing the routine tas I had a bad fall. Since na-injure ako, I was forced to do the process from the start para na rin maka-adjust yung injury ko.
Eto current stats ko:
Squats - 130lbs
Bench - 90lbs
Rows - 70lbs
Deadlift - 150lbs
OHP - 70lbs
Nagdagdag na ako ng weight sa mga exercise na di masyadong naglalagay ng pressure sa wrist nung umpisa.
Diet-wise, sinasagad ko sa whole food and supplements lang if kulang sa calories. Narireach ko naman macros ko pero minsan nashoshort lalo na sa protein.
Few questions lang po.
1. Ano ba ang ideal body weight for a 5'7 guy if for aesthetics ang goal? Bulking pa rin ako eh.
2. If may nakatry na ng 5x5, anong other exercise dinadagdag niyo if meron? (Dinadagdagan ko ng bicep at tricep exercises yung akin)
3. Pano gumawa ng journal dito sa PBB?
