Question about fiber.
Mag assume po ako na we are counting our macros, nakapriority ba sa inyo ung fiber goal?
If yes, ano po ung sources ninyo? (ang alam ko lang is oats, broccoli, mung beans and tinapay).
Saging, Mung beans, and Psyllium Husk. Hindi recommended ang husk pag d ka marunong gumamit.
