    Note to self mo yan paps? Kasi coffee is my blood and water lol, same sa green tea. Would you believe nakaka 6 to 8 akong mug ng kape bawat araw? haha dahil sa work ko siguro lalo na pag tax season :) kape pa more!!

    Ou paps nagising ako ng madaling araw tapos hirap nko nagising ewan ko kung may effect pa un, wow tindi mo @t4g4y parang tubig lng Haha naranasan ko dati nagpapalpitate ako sobrang caffeine

    @asunciongian wag ka iinum ng kape pre after workout mo kapag naka ramdam ka ng antok,pwera nalang kung pang gabi work mo. pero tulad ni paps @t4g4y , nkka rami din ako ng kape sa isang araw. at alam mo ba,kapag na gising nako at inabot na ng mahigit kalahating araw na wala pang coffee intake,migraine na ang sunod. lol yung stick na kape lagi lang din nasa bulsa ko,para mabilis ko malagay sa bibig sabay inum tubig nalang lol

    dba masyadong unhealthy na yung sobrang kape? Monitor lang sa caffine intake mga paps, kung makakaya replace nyo nalang ng tea or try to reduce in drinking coffee or pwede naman na ireplace nyo nalang ng something more healthier drink to stay alert and alive. Naexperience ko yung side effects ng too much caffine sa katawan and the outcome is paralysis, Yes mga paps, d ako nakagalaw for a week. Let's try na bawasan natin yung sobrang pag inum ng coffee para d nyo maranasan yung nangyari sakin.

    Bad coffee can be toxic. Bad quality coffee can have a lot of impurities in it, which can cause sickness, headache or a general bad feeling. You are probably already aware what amount and what kind of coffee suits, or doesn't suit you. The amount of caffeine that is safe for human consumption is actually written in our DNA.

    Don’t drink more than one cup a day if you’re pregnant. Studies on coffee's effect on a fetus have been controversial, but one thing is sure: if you drink coffee when pregnant, caffeine will also reach the fetus, and your baby is highly sensitive to caffeine. So, if you’re a heavyweight coffee drinker and can’t stop drinking it while pregnant, at least reduce your coffee intake to one cup a day.

    If you have high cholesterol please choose filtered coffee. Coffee beans contain cafestol and kahweol, two ingredients that appear to raise LDL cholesterol levels. Filtering the coffee traps most of the LDL, but cafestol and kahweol are found in espresso, turkish coffee, french press and scandinavian style “cooked coffee”.

    I've been drinking coffee and green tea for the past 15 years, especially pag tax season dahil we do overnights at work. Buhay pa naman ako paps and in good condition. Same pag naka IF ako, tubig, kape at green tea lang intake ko, well BCAAs before kaso ubos na haha. IMHO depende siguro yan sa condition ng katawan ng tao at kung I abuse nya eto. Peace ya'll! :)

    500-600mg of caffeine ang kaya ng tao daw haha. Yung pre workout ko contain 450 mg of caffeine in 1 scoop. Nung una hindi ako nakatulog pero neto medyo nasanay na. Hindi kase ako umiinom ng kape, kaya pre workout iniinom ko ang side effect nga lang parang gusto mong buhatin lahat ng weights sa gym hahaha

    Notes: di nko hirap matulog n inom din ako ng melatonin help improve n mka tulog ng maaga, nag kape p rin naman ako mga paps pero onti nlng mga 20ml n expresso dati ay 50ml diko sure ilng gm ng caffeine un Haha.

    Side notes:
    Effective ung prayer may time n pagising gising ako pero the Lord allowed me to sleep, haha
