Nakakapag build pa din ba ng maskels or nakakalaki pa din ba ng maskels ang High Reps with same weight?

Hi Bro! my guide si Mark Rippetoe regarding jan when it comes to reps.
Based sa understanding ko sa chart niya,
heavy weight lower rep ranges develop strength while light weight high rep ranges increase muscle mass development.
Kaya sa routine ko is a mix strength and muscle mass by making my rep range around 6-8. Im lifting heavy and lifting with higher reps.
1-7 reps = strength
8-12 reps = hypertrophy
12-more = more on endurance
You can still have hypertrophy even if you're doing high reps IF you are still incorporating progressive overload.
