Hello Fellow Body Builders,
Need help. I am confused kung ano ba dapat talaga ang unang gawin.
Here's what I usually do.
Eat half rice and egg 1 hour to 30 mins before go to the gym.
I do 15 mins of treadmill first before I lift weight (serves as my warm up), then magstart na ako mag weightlift.
After ng gym inom na ako ng whey protein.
