    then make a bigger deficit, when i know im going to a party, at the mornings, ill do some circuit training, before 12noon, ive already burned 2200-2500, my heart rate will be up all day, medyo alam ko na ill be needing/eating around 3500calories...at the end of the day, il chk my fitbit, i burned roughly 4000 calories, imagine how much food is 3500 cal

    Funny Moment:
    So nag decide ako mag palit ng gym since ang mahal sa pinag gygyman ko na 100 per session, tinry ko dito sa 80 per session para pag nagustuhan ko papa member ako 300 per month na unli use. Okay naman yung gym kaya baka next week magpapa member na ako.

    Ayon, since galing ako sa gym na hindi olympic bar yung bar na nakalagay sa squat rack nila hindi ko alam na katumbas pala ng olympic Bar ay 45lbs. Eh yung sa gym na pinag gyman ko ngayon ay olympic bar yung nasa squat rack so, nilagay ko yung dapat na weight for today which is 50lbs worth of plates (hindi ko na considr yung 45lbs weight ng bar, so bali 95lbs yung bigat nya) . Nabuhat ko naman siya pero nung mag start na ako mag squat di na ako nakatayo, kaya natumba ko hahahahahaha ayun buti nasa power rack ako hahahahaha nakakahiya pero ayos lan lesson learned. Ngayon natuto na ako i consider yung weight ng bar sa pagbubuhat. That's all for today's workout

    mas ok bili ka ng wrist support/strap. iwas injury sa wrist.. katagalan kasi ma eexperience mo sasakit yung wrist mo na parang may punit, ng yare sakin yan..

    Sa mall may ganyan, sa mga toby's.. nasa 500 each ata bili ko ng ganyan nalimutan ko na. May kamahalan pero mas mahal mag pagamot pag injured, at mas masakit kung ma hinto ka sa pag ggym dahil nag tipid ka sa support.. hehe.. pati nga belt meron narin ako iwas disgrasya. hehe.. yung chalk tsaka mo na isipin yan kapag nag ddeadlift ka na ng mabibigat. hehehe. sa toby's din ata may ganyan din.

    ito, sa megamall ko nabili,. sabihin mo lang lifting belts. o kaya pakita mo tong pics na to. o google ka ng pics. yung straps ko nasa banyo naka babad sa sabon.. kada gamit ko kasi nun nilalabhan ko kasi bumabaho pag di nilalabhan. hahaha.
