    bakit kaya nung after ko mag sumo deadlift nag 3 sets ako ng conventional,same weight pero mas magaan sa pakiramdam yung conventional kesa sumo? tapos nung una naman conventional muna at sinundan ko ng sumo pero ang bigat nung sumo.. ????????

    ako naman paps parang nadadalian at mas ok ang sumo pag binuhat na, maybe siguro dahil hindi naka close sa shins as much as possible? walang harang ba hahaha, pero di ko anman ginagawa ang sumo, conventional pa rin ginagawa ko

    @t4g4y kapag hindi close sa shin paps nawawala ako sa form,or baka masyado ako naka bukaka. or ewan haha ???? baka mag focus nlng ako sa conventional

    Bench kanina.. at may nakaka tawang pangyayari.. after ko ng bench sets may nag approach

    @dimzon03 haha gumagawa ata ng paraan para inisin ako,rekta set nga tapos at paran 3x3 lang hangang nakarating ng 190 siguro yun lol tapos nag bench press na lol

    @t4g4y hahah hindi bromance paps,pang inis lang ata sakin kasi after ko ng squat,deadlift sinusunod ko kaya parang inunahan nya ako at nasa tabi lang lol ????

    padaan.. lol.. wala na yung umeepal sa gym.. pero wala na rin yung mga babaeng tinuturuan nung instructor dun,kaya wala na rin akong nakikitang tuwad ng tuwad ???? heheh wala talaga,empty na yung gym at 2 linggo na.. pero for sure sa december mag babalikan yun para mag summer prep kuno lol 89ehRwjh.png
