Hello po!

Skinny-fat po ako, i have saggy chest and belly pero payat naman ako. Ano po ba dapat kong gawin? Bulk/cut?

    Depende.

    Kung wala ka namang deadline, go for body recomposition. Lose fat while building muscle. Possible sya, give yourself 3-5 years of gym time kaya yan.

    Kung may deadline ka naman, yung deadline mo ang mag magsasabi kung bulk/cut ang gagawin mo.

    Ang worry ko po kasi kung magbbulk ako I would intake Whey Mass Gainer supplement na baka yung result sakin is pangit. Baka lalo ma-emphasize what I stated in the topic

    Bro..sakin lang to ah...kung ako sayo, magbuhat ka lang muna ng magbuhat wag mo muna intindihin kung bulk o cutting phase ang gagawin mo... hayaan mo muna masanay katawan mo sa buhat bakal...pero hindi ko sinasabi na wag ka kumain o kumain ka ng sobra...
    kung pano ka kumain ngayun, ganyan lang muna tapos idagdag mo yung gusto mo na training (dapat intense ah, hindi pabebe kagaya ng iba sa loob ng gym) siguro sa loob ng 3months, dun ka mag decide kung bulk kaba o cut.
    wala naman masama kung susubukan mo kasi kahit papaano nagbubuhat ka sa loob ng 3months, sigurado may makikita ka paring improvements kung alam mo ginagawa mo sa loob ng gym. :smile:

    impressive advise sir @dimzon03 . I think kailangan mo lang muna ng basic program like more into compound movements para ma build up mo ang strength mo at pati execution ng mga exercises. wag kang matakot mag try at experiment ng ibat ibang routine para malaman mo kung san ka mas nag progress. gawa ka na rin ng journal para magabayan ka ng mga masters dito sa PBB

    Tama si @dimzon03 & @ironpump666 you have to adapt to the series of movements before gaining muscles. that would take more or less 2 weeks in 4-5 sessions a week. try to start doing Compound Movements such as Deadlift, Benchpress, Squat, Overhead Press & Barbell Row. they are the Compound Movements that makes 2 or more muscles work. in 3-4 months you will build even more strength and that will help you on Hypertrophy Exercise (Muscle Building) Keep updating your progress para makita ng mga Kabakal.     Just going to the gym and asking others is already a good start, just have fun and use managable weights, youll still have gains as long as youre consistent and remove junk the from your diet, i dont give out programs coz every is different. Just dont hesitate to ask people at your local gym, youll know who they are.
