Hello

Just thought of sharing what is keeping me busy for the last 5 weeks...

I started going to the gym way back my high school years. pero mga tipong once in a blue moon lang ang bisita ko sa gym; kung kelan ko lang trip.. then that's it. Then when i started working, my lifestyle was like wake up at night, go to work, sit all day at the office, go home in the morning, eat and sleep... started to get fat, sick, and sick of just going to work-go home-and sleep. and so i started to go to the gym.

I went to the gym last year, but just for 4 months. nawalan ng time at ndi ganung kadedicated..

Then I saw this website. Zane kasi eh! I have learned A LOT kagad when I saw this forum. Tapos nag enroll ako sa gym last Aug 11. I told myself I'll post my journal pag 3 months na. eh aun...naexcite nyahahha :D:D:D

    judging form that FDB pose meron ka nang base. all you have to do is clean your diet and continue hitting the gym hard!

    yep sa diet talga bossing for me BB is 80%diet 20% training... dali lang kasi mag workout nakaka enjoy nga lalo na when you push your limit , but sa pag d diet it takes discipline ang hirapppppp!

    Pero MUST talaga yung proper diet b'coz no matter how good is your workout kung wala naman sapat na nutrients to make it grow wala din lol...

    yung bulging muscles sarap lang yun pag sa gym pero pag uwi after an hour back to normal na lol hahaha so if you fail to provide nga yung proper nut. to support it growing for sure nxtime na pag gym mo ulit the same lang lol hahaha ... liitle or no gain at all

    ^thanks sa advice sir! will always keep dat in mind.. dami ko natututunan dito. pati sa diet.. 1 month na rin ako nagbabasa dito pati diet nio binabasa ko hehehe pakopya lol

    kakauwi lang galing office.. tulog muna.. pagkagising punta sa gym. 2nd week using 5x5 program..

    tulad nga ng sabi, pag start ka plng ng 5x5 kelangan ng patience.. heheh nakukulangan parin ako parang magaan pa ahah.. i miss ung program ni DY hehe..

    badtrip pa. after gym paguwi ko nahulog pa ako sa hagdan.. ang dulas.. sakit ng lower back ko

    kasama din sa workout mo yung pagkahulog, kita mo me effect agad sa lower back..iba yung adrenaline rush db??hehe..kidding aside, monitor that lalo na kung masama pagbagsak mo or else you might be having problem doing the squat and dl...

    I have not included the weight of the bars yet... but I think it was 24 or 25 lbs.
