Intermittent Fasting while doing powerlifting
I started working out at the age of 15 (2011) but those where the days when i just want to lift and dont care about what im eating. hahah! i started to be conscious on my diet and weightllifting last aug 6, 2015.
Trying to get ripped while trying to improve my strength
OH press 130lbs
fasting time: 20hrs fasting 4hrs eating window 1500calories
