Intermittent Fasting while doing powerlifting

I started working out at the age of 15 (2011) but those where the days when i just want to lift and dont care about what im eating. hahah! i started to be conscious on my diet  and weightllifting last aug 6, 2015. 

Trying to get ripped while trying to improve my strength
height: 5'6"
weight 70kgs

pr: 
bench 210lbs
deadlift 300lbs
squat 315lbs
OH press 130lbs

fasting time: 20hrs fasting 4hrs eating window 1500calories

    Thanks sa warm welcome mga sir. I enjoy powerlifting kasi since my brother is part of the national team ng power lifting. Kaya naengganyo ako haha! Goal ko din right now is to lose yung love handles ko. Hirap eh kahit caloric deficit na.

    did some squats and deadlift today.. medyo pagod ako since nagbasketball ako kagabi and magbabasketball ulit ako mamaya 

    squat
    280lbs = 7 reps 3 sets
    300lbs= 2 reps 3 sets

    deadlift
    0lbs - 250lbs add lang ako ng add ng 10lbs until maka 250lbs 5reps each

    barbell rows
    100lbs 10 reps 3 sets

    arms
    bicep curls
    hammer curls
    dips
