just did a workout of

Squats 5x5: 65lbs
Bench Press 5x5: 65lbs
Barbell Row: 60lbs

had scheduled to start last week but work was hectic, even now i had to start late. but still worth it. i missed this feeling for a long time. I want to add more but i'm on mobile right now so i'll probably edit later. anyways, today was a good day. (technically yesterday because it's 12am LOL)

    Keep it up sir! Even if a long way to go it's a good start once that becomes a habit hahanap hanapin mo ang workout lalo na kapag di ka naka workout in a week. hehe
