Hindi po lumalaki chest ko patulong po

    opo sir ayan po program ko. sa internet ko po nakuha yang program na yan at ayan po sinusunod kong program :) ang problem ko po kasi kahit anong chest workout gawin ko di lumalaki chest ko

    How about you start doing cable flyes? I've experienced great success with flyes.

    I'm doing the FST-7 program, if you want to check it. Basically, here's what I do for chest:

    1. Bench press (barbell or DB) (4 sets of 8 to 12)
    2. Incline bench (3 sets of 8 to 12)
    3. DB flyes (3 sets of 8 to 12)
    4. Cable flyes (7 sets of at least 8 reps)

    Agree ako sa calble fyes. Tamang-tama yung sa gitna.

    YW. Make sure na you're doing flyes ha, and not presses. Dami ko nakikita sa gym na sa kagustuhan mabigat eh nagiging press na yung cable flyes nila.

    Para sakin lang sir. Pwede pero yung tama di ganun kaparehas sa cable flyes. Pag dumbbell kasi on the top of the rep wala ng challenge or tama kasi nasa taas na lang yung DB's. Kumpara sa cable flyes nasa side parin yung weights so tamang-tama every rep at squeezed/contracted ang muscles
