Achieving Superbods

It is so hard to gain my weight since i stand 6 feet tall. Whenever I stop going to the gym, it makes my body back to the normal as a slim. But my cuts remain. so I guess, going to the gym will be part in my life now.. Kailangan ko ng maging seryoso sa bagay na to ngayon..

Hindi ko alam kung tama ba yung mga program na ginagawa ko. ito din kasi yung program ng kuya ko.. since mapayat naman ako, tanging gingawa ko lang is, Chest bicep and Back bicep. Alternate.. yun yung pinaka major ko.. kada workout ko sa gym my kasamang abs and leg sa huli since matangkad nman ako kaya di ko maxado pinapriority ang legs.. anyway, my jogging nman ako every sat and sun morning.. 

i hope, i can learn a lot here... fist bump!

Program:
Monday - Chest-Biceps Program 
Tuesday - HomeWorkOut Pushups and Biceps Dumbells
Wednesday - Back-Triceps Program
Thursday - HomeWorkOut Shoulder and Tricep Dumbells
Friday - Chest-Biceps Program
Sat - HomeWorkOut Shoulder and Tricep Dumbells
Sunday - Restday

    Welcome sa Pbb pafs, dagdag ka din ng Leg Day. Medyo mahirap palakihin legs, baka maiwan yan kung sakali lumaki upper mo. Saka latag mo din meal plan mo baka under eat ka.

    thank you Sir... Sa meal plan po kasi, nagpplan pa lang ako... pero i eat 3 times a day... problema ko kasi yung allergy ko sa mga malalansang pagkain especially sa itlog... baka magsupplement naa rin po ako next month na weight gainer..  pero as of now, see food diet ako..i see food, i eat it.. haha

    Welcome bro!how come its hard to gain weight kung matangkad ka? baka kulang ka lang sa kain? i mean dont get me wrong, maybe para sayo madami na ung kinakain mo pero to gain GAINZ you need MORE food literally to gain them muscles. baka nasanay ka lang sa ganyan. dami alternatives sa itlog para sa protein.kamusat food intake mo feel ko lang o ah, baka kulang ka sa pag kain. and I second kay @kenzy hit legs hard. kalahati ng katawan mo lower torso/legs na paps. overall mass you need to hit legs man
