    Reverse Grip Lat Pull Downs
    100lbs 3 sets of 8-10 reps

    Dumbell Rows
    1st set: 50lbs x 12 reps
    2nd set: 50lbs x 12 reps
    3rd set: 60lbs x 12 reps

    Barbell rows Overhand grip
    1st set: 50lbs x 12 reps
    2nd set: 70lbs x 12 reps
    3rd set: 110lbs x 10 reps

    Underhand grip
    1st set: 90lbs x 10 reps
    2nd set: 90lbs x 10 reps
    3rd set: 90lbs x 10 reps

    Standing Lat Pull downs
    40,50,60,70lbs x 12 reps

    Barbell curls
    50lbs x 3 x 12

    Hammer curls
    20/20 x 3 x 12
