Need help! Nababadtrip ako sa Pwaksheyt kong katawan.
Hello guys, I need advice from you out there. Hindi ko kasi alam anong itratraining ko sa katawan ko, galing ko lang sa intense weight loss, (I've lost 64 lbs in 6 months) sa span na yun hindi ako nagbuhat, puro cardio lang. Tanong ko lang po, ano po bang training na dapat kong gawin sa katawan ko? gusto ko ng lean tignan and beach body. Nagdidiet po ako eversince nung nagstart akong magpapayat. Nung una no rice lang, pero ngayon Paleo Diet na po (Pero minsan kumakain parin ako ng sweets pero carbs madalang nalang pag wala talagang makain). I will post my full body picture, to give you more idea of how my body looks like and my pic when I was 200 lbs (I already lost 10 lbs during that time).

PS. Tingin nyo ba Gyno yung Boobs ko?

    welcome sa pbb pafs. Good job pafs for losing 64lbs. Wait natin mga masters natin dito para mabigyan ka ng proper workout.

    Welcome! Post mo din yung current training mo in detail. 4-5x a day?

    Lagay ka na din ng sample ng meals na kinakain mo for the day. I'm interested to know why you went the Paleo way :)

    Hi Sir, pareho tayo na galing sa extreme weightloss and pareho tayo challenged to lose gynecomastia. As you can see sa avatar ko kita pa din yung gyne. Although masaya na din ako sa improvement niyan. Ang plan ko is to lean down pa maybe at 10% body fat mas hindi na siya pointy. For the workouts naman, nagbukod ako ng training for chest dumbbell workouts from chest barbell workouts. Sa Dumbbell workouts kasi mas kaya magbigay ng definition (Dumbbell Pullover, Dumbbell Incline Flyes and Press,...etc) .     Thank you Sir! I chineck ko na po journal nyo. Ang ganda na po ng form ng katawan nyo tbh. compared sa akin. I will try to do those workouts. lalo na yung sa chest, recently kasi di na ako nakakaramdam ng burns sa chest ko after workout, and sa mga nababasa ko, dahil daw napagiwanan na raw ang chest ko with my more developed triceps.

    Hi po sir, nagpaleo diet po ako cause sa mga nabasa kong mga articles mass effective daw po to sa weight loss as more protein intake leads to more fatloss. And I always feel bloated when I eat carbs especially pag Rice talaga at the same time when not eating carbs I feel disciplined, some sort of a reminder to me. Basta I eat more on meats like Chicken, Pork, Eggs, Fish, Beef, Vegetables and Fruits (and sometimes sweets and some salty foods) but less carbs or NO carbs at all. I actually don't count my calorie intake. :banghead:

    4-5x a week ako nageexercise cause at the moment I am unemployed. (NewGrad po. Hehehe)
