Newbie here and still having trouble navigating the site.
My workout routine is all over the place.
I go to 3 gyms and have 3 different trainers. LOL. Depende kasi kung anong oras ako pwede mag work out and kung saang gym merong trainer.
I would like to have lean muscles and cuts.
I used to be skinny, then chubby, now I'm trying to lose weight and at the same time achieve the muscles and form that I like. Most of all, I want to be physically strong and look strong. Fit and healthy.
Before I started working out, chubby me was at 137 lbs. Then I dropped 14 lbs. Now I'm 130 feeling ko may muscles na. Pero dami pa rin fats. Grrrrrrr
I'm a gym addict. I like bakal. I have strength, pero I lack endurance.
I'll post my daily workout routine and food intake. Imma put photos too.
