  • dapat may goal weight ka. di pwedeng bulk ka lang ng bulk. :)

    Wala kasi akong idea kung ilan weight ang bubunuin ko eh.
    ang binabatayan ko ay yung itsura ko sa mirror kung qualified to bulk na
    kayo poba as 5'4 weighing 60kg ilan pa kaylangan ko bunuin?

    2 months lang ako nag 5x5 8 months nakong hypertrophy pero Hindi pa ganun ka ganda physique ko ;(

    Ewan ko siguro may tao lang talagang malakas sa kanya kanyang bagay hindi ko din alam kung bakit rapid increase ang squat stat ko :)

    Stuck at 59kg-60kg Height 5'4 mag 11 months na ako sa lifting..
    Sa nabasa kong thread sa bb.com ang main reason daw is because I'm a teen..
    anu pong masasabi nyo?

    Matagal na rin ang nangyayari nalang sa katawan ko ay gumaganda yung hubog ng muscle pa ganda ng paganda ba..

    Ilan? Hindi 'gaano'...
    Anyway, hindi naman ibig sabihin lagi, dapat nag-gagain ka ng weight every week para ma-consider mong napro-progress ka. What you did was right, you just gauged your progress through the look on the mirror. Might as well post your current pic.

    Guys I am planning to change my workout routine of my chest..

    INCLINE BARBELL BENCH PRESS 4 SETS OF 8-12 REPS
    FLAT BARBELL BENCH PRESS 3 SETS OF 8-12 REPS
    DECLINE BARBELL BENCH PRESS 3 SETS OF 8-12 REPS
    CABLE CROSS OVER 3 SETS TO FAILURE
    DIPS 3 SETS TO FAILURE.

    DOO YOU GUYS THINK THIS WILL BOOST MY CHEST ?
    AND WHAT SHOULD I LESSEN OR ADD TO HELP ME IMPROVE MY GAINS ? THANKS FOR THOSE WHO WILL REPS ON MY JOURNEY ;)
