Hello guyz... thanks for accepting me here...its been 2 years since i started to train..i believe na hndi natatapos ung learning kaya nmn im very happy na makasali ako sa site na to para matulungan nyu pa ako and matuto pa ng dpat kong matutunan sa sport na ito!!

    Sge po boss.. Ang idea ko lng ksi pag bulk damihan ung kanin eh tpus pag gs2 ko pumayat nag hiit ako.. Pansin ko lng ambilis magresponse ng katawan ko sa gs2 kong gwin.. Feeling blessed tuloy ako.. Gotta update after ko mtapus ung program ko :)

    Kakatapus lng ng week one ng current program ko...Parang d ako sanay kumain ng mdamiXD Grabe ung leg day... iika ika ako maglakad.....will upload pics after ko matapos ung buong program ko.....Tanung ko lng..okay po ba mag canned sardines 4 times a week? wla po bang side effects un? dinagdag ko po ksi ung sardines sa post workout meal ko eh..By the way anlaking tulong din pala ung myfitness app para matrack lahat ng kinakain ko :)

    4x a week? for me..wala namang masama. Yung iba nga araw-araw kinakain yun eh. Isa pa, isda naman yan. Kelangan natin yan.

    Kaso, hindi ka ba maummay nun? Try mo yung mackarel, ok din.

    Week 2 Day 1 of my program
    CHEST AND BACK:

    Superset:
    BenchPress 5x12: 120lbs
    Pullups 5xfailure

    Superset:
    Incline Dumbell BenchPress 5x12: 30 lbs
    Barbell rows 5x12: 60 lbs

    Superset:
    Latpulls 5x12
    Chest fly 5x12: 20 lbs

    One arm dumbell pullovers 5x12: 20 lbs

    MEAL PLAN:
    meal 1: 1 whole egg, 2 cups of fried rice and 2cups of coffee
    meal 2: afritadang manok and 2 cups of rice
    Pre workout meal: 2 cups of coffee and one large banana
    Post workout meal: 3 cups of rice and afritadang manok:)

    Dami masyadong sets bro. superset yan so 3 sets pwede na, masyado madami yung 5 sets. gawin mo warm up yung first set then , dagdag weight sa second and third set. Kahit sa mga BBing techniques applicable pa din ang progressive overload :)

    Superset:
    Squat 3x12
    Leg Press Machine 3x12

    Superset:
    Stiffed leg deadlift 3x12
    Hamstring curls 3x12

    Superset:
    Lunges 3x12
    Weighted calf raise 3x15

    Abs bycicle 3x15
    Reverse crunches 3x15
    Plank 3x 1 minute
