    @t4g4y meron naman alternate sa broccoli bro saka minsan lang ako nag gaganyan. madalas saging talaga ung latundan mga 5 piraso. try mo din ung pepino with apple cider or ordinaryong suka lang konting rock salt pwede na un hehe!

    Hello brothers, kamusta kayong lahat update lang ulet ako ng journal 2-3 times week nalng ako nagbubuhat ngayun dahil busy sa work sa january na ulet ako magseseryoso. Medyo nagdagdag ako ng pounds ngayun bulking seasong din kasi eh sarap lumamon.
