    Here I share mine para you have the slightest idea sa setup ko naman :)
    Let say training day ko
    first meal = ( mostly manok ng KFC / Ministop composing of breast and leg lagi ) ball park ko to make my life simplier 20g + ang isang pitso at 10g ang leg = 30g - 40g )

    kanin ng mga yan eh halos kalahati lang na parang nasa 50g lang per servings. ( may traces ng protein yan so count it ) nasa 2g ata.

    1 scoop mutant whey 23 g

    2nd meal
    453 g chicken breast = 90g of protein
    5 eggs = 30g of protein ( optional kung mashort )
    1 scoop casein = 25g protein
    100g oatmeal = 12.5 ( minsan 200g ako or 150g )

    To sum it all, more or less or halos medyo 180g + ako daily at my weight 133 lbs .. :D

    minsan nga wala ng mutant whey eh, hehehe so minus 20g dyan which is shoot pa rin dahil 133 lbs ang minimum as per bb active person.

    So goal mo ba is PL or BB? Strength or aesthetics?

    Maganda din state mo current training routines, diet, life style to know where you're at.

    thanks sa sample meal plan, problem ko kasi paano ko masusukat kung ilang grams of protein yung kinakain ko sa canteen. example sa lunch, half chicken breast, mga ilan grams kaya?hehe nagboboard lang kasi ako from mon-fri malapit sa work ko so puro bili lang ako palagi ng ulam. no luto luto.. saka, hindi ba nakakataba kung madalas KFC/chicken from ministop ang kinakain mo?

    sa last RUPM po yan, first time ko mag 21k. haha.. official chip time is 02:38:30. medyo na-test ko ang sarili ko dian kasi naiisip ko na sumuko pero puso lang natapos din! nakatulong na din yung mga chix na kasabay ko tumakbo siguro! dami nila..HAHAHAHA

    what's PL or BB? Strength or aesthetics? medyo hindi ko pa gets mga abbreviations niyo.hehe pero ang goal ko is maging buff tas ilower ang body fats ko, yung tipong malaki tignan tas lean muscle pero tas maliit ang waist line.heheh, gusto ko din madagdagan strength ko. kagabi naggym ako, meron mas maliit sakin pero ang lakas bumuhat. doble sa binubuhat ko, nakakainspire, sana ako din..

    ^bro, sa una lang yan mahirap, if you happen to have an extra budget at definitely you badly want to learn, then time to buy the kitchen digital scale, malalaman mo na over time kung gaano kabigat mga foods kahit isang tingin mo lang or 90% closest to its weight.

    Powerlifting = focus on training of moving heavy weights
    Strength = focus on training of functional muscle ( paki tama )
    Bodybuilding = Focus on aesthetics ( itsura ng katawan mo especially pump on how you look )

    Sa lahat yan over time baba ang body fat mo, dahil ang pag reduce ng BF ay nasa tamang nutrition :)

    eto pala pagkaintindi ko in layman's terms:

    aesthetics = Thor, Captain America, 300 spartans

    body building = jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Kai Greene

    powerlifter = focus only sa weight, mostly mga big guys (matataba)

    Boss aloy, dba yung mga strength yung tulad ng mga stone lifting, etc contest.. yun ang focus nila sa training , unlike sa powerlifting eh yung mga alam mo na... o strongman yun lolz..

    Onga pala, since gusto ko magpaliit ng tyan, paano po ba ginagawa niyo at night? ano po meal plan niyo?

    Knowing the difference: I think this is the most important thing a newbie should know (di ka naman newbie). Kasi I was confused before I was strong (in my terms) but I don't have the body that I was aiming for maybe because my body did not respond to what I was doing back then. (a lot of errors on my part as well)

    PL- Powerlifting
    BB- bodybuilding

    I don't want to get into technicalities kasi di ko kabisado lahat pero for me eto ang pagkaka interpret ko, both use the same tool (weights) but have different goals:

    Bodybuilding/ fitness model type physique - aim is to build/sculpt muscles. Isolation/volume and exercises lalo na sa mga lagging/stubborn body part. Usual rep ranges is 8-12

    examples mo tama yang sa BB syempre sa aesthetics or fitness model sila Jeff Seid, Zyzz, Gregg Plitt etc. Pero hindi naman nagkakalayo yang dalawang yan.

    Powerlifting/strength: -Aim is to lift the heaviest weight as possible, usually the Big 3 lifts ang focus nito. Medyo iba din (for me) ang stances nito like sa Bench Press. Usual rep range 1-5 and getting those 1RM.

    Sa sample mo usually ganyan pero there are also exceptions like Jet mentioned. Or better yet watch the Olympic powerlifting games.

    IMHO, since ang goal mo is to have a muscle mass/buff with lower BF, choose the BB oriented programs to sculpt those delts, widen the lats etc to aquire that V-taper (kahit na body type mo eh kung parang poste at least may workaround). Sa belly area work on your abs din pero sa diet magkakatalo para lumabas yan. There are also Hybrid programs out there, like JOH's program (2 days STR 3 days Hypertrophy) which I'm also studying at the moment to apply sa next bulking cycle ko.

    Lastly, do not cut lalo na kung wala namang decent muscle mass to cut from mahirap mag cut sa buto heheheh.

    But then again, people are different what works for you might not work for others so trial and error lang brah. Guideline lang itong opinion ko and you still to need to know your body kung san ka mas mag respond better.

    oo nga pala may mga strongman competition pala ung bumubuhat ng bato at kotse at mga troso.

    basta sa aesthetic part na lang ako. lol

    focus ka muna sa basics paps.
    just so you know bulking and cutting dont go together.
    saka mo na din problemahin ung supplements. mag practice ka muna mag deficit at surplus sa calories :)
