hope to share my journey with you guys! ang dami kong natutunan dito lalo na kina master milksworth at boss braso. medyo nawala ako sa landas last year but im more serious this time thats why nag register ulit ako dito para makakuha ng madaming tips.

may i share some of my pics for reference and baka may mamotivate ako kahit papano na mga ectomorph din na tulad ko haha. 110 lbs ako nung nagsimula ako mag buhat at ngayon 165 lbs nako sa awa ng diyos haha

    sunday 1 hour back workout.
    pull ups 4 sets 10 reps
    chin ups 4 sets 6-8 nalang (ngawit na hehe)
    deadlift 200lbs 4 sets 10 reps
    barbell row 150 lbs 4 sets 10 reps
    barbell shrugs 100 lbs 4 sets 10 reps

    inom agad post workout shake paguwi. 2 scoops whey protein, creatine, dextrose powder

    squats ass to grass 180lbs 4 sets 8 reps
    leg press wide stance 400 lbs 4 sets 8 reps
