    ok, two months pala yung right picture sa latest photos. akala ko yung latest photo na nasa sa right side, which is yung last upload. sorry, kind of ambiguous. at tsaka from my noobie eyes, parang mas ok yung 2 months ago. maybe because latest has more muscles but higher bf%.

    Good morning mga boss. Sorry magulo ung pag upload ko ng pictures. Ung two months ago kong picture mas magaan po ako dun. 69kgs lang. Ngayon po 72 at pag busog napalo pa ng 73kgs. Nag gain nga po ako ng wait kaso nataba lang tyan ko. Hehehe


    Regarding sa workout po, maliban po sa itama ko yung posture at execution, ok lang po ba yung training plan ko? O kailangang i rearrange ko?Salamat po.

    anyway gaining 10 kgs of muscle aint a joke. matagal tagal yan. welcome ka dito sa site habang nghihintay sa goals mo. hehe goodluck!

    Di naman po boss. Kahit po kasi matagl nako nag woworkout parang di pa rin ako kuntento specially sa timbang ko. Then nung bumigat naman ako dumami ata Body fats ko hehehe kaya noq nagseseryoso ko sa bawat simpleng detalye from nutrition hangang workout kasi i want to gain more weight na lean muscle pa at kayo lang makaka pag bigay ng mga magagandang advise.     What you're doing seems to be working for you so who are we to tell you na mali ginagawa mo just stick with what you're doing and be consistent.

    Salamat brod :) nabaguhan lang siguro ko kahapon hehehe kahit kasi matagal nako nagbubuhat, now, i consider myself as a newbie ulit specially may gusto ko ma attain. Kaya tama ka dito ko kukuha ng mga ideas at tulong ng mgatao dito. Para kasi sakin
    Mabagal paglaki ko. Although malaking difference nung 100lbs pa lang ako kesa ngayon pero kung ciguro tama lahat ginawa ko nung past, bala di ko na kelngan maghabol ngayon hehehe

    May nairulong na kayo boss sakin, regarding sa knowledge sa pagsquat, from now on, babawasan ko muna yung bigat. 100lbs na lang muna then try ko ung ass to the grass ba yon hehege then pag nagaan na for me tska na lang me magdagdag para magawa ko rin ng maayos.

    basa ka lng dito bro. halos lahat nandito na haha. pwede mo pa tingnan journal ng iba para may reference ka saka maicompare mo ung mga bawat programs at setup. maski supplement reviews nandito na rin.

    Di ko pwede sabihing mali dahil nga may gains ka naman na kukuha sa split mo ipagpatuloy mo nalang yan at ayusin forms mo on certain movements. :)

    Tama ka brod. Nagcheck ako sa bodybuilding.com kaso dami pasikot sikot hihihi di user friendly. Buti dito madali maintimdihan lahat salamat ikaw ba brod ala ka payo sakin para ma gain ko ung ideal timbang ko? Salamat ulit
