    Boss, nabasa nyo po ba ang reason bakit ako andito sa forum nato? Tama, almost 7years na this coming feb. Sa loob ng panahon na yun, di po un derechon napapatigil rin ako ng ilang buwan tpos balik tapos tigil balik ulit. Walang proper diet . May mga extra activities din. Walang supplement o kahit ano. Very basic workout. And syempre walang proper knowledge kaya expect na may mga maling habit, work out, posture etc. 105-110lbs lng ang weight ko nagsimula ako Kaya ako andito para humingi ng tulong at advise para maitama ang mga mali at maging focus sa tamang way para mag built ng maayos at magandang katawan. Ok na po ba? Hindi ako andito para makipag compete kung kanino man, ang kelangan ko po ay advise, assistance o kahit anung knowledge nyo para makatulomg sa tulad ko. To motivate me ho. Ok na po ba?

    Boss, 150 kaya ko magisa 12 reps after nun 151lbs to 200lbs my spotter na.

    ^bro don't take them wrong sir, they're asking question para may maisagot at ma isuggest sila to make you a better bb'er for your goal.

    This forum / community speaks no sugar coating po, puro tayo mga lalake dito sir. So expect some manly advise and questions.

    7 years of on/off lifting is not a joke sir.. so somewhere out there they respected it and who knows may gainz ka na pala, minsan akala mo wala pero meron, pero minsan wala rin talaga napala yung years.. ( my opinion brah )

    Even doctors ask questions to get something to answer, same as here sa forum.

    Sir , in reality, a spot with a help doesn't count.. meaning walang gainz or muscle na mabuild kung halos kalahati ng sets mo dun galing.. hindi po tayo nag gy-gym ng may ka tagteam.. you bench press, spotter mo nag shrugs.. not a good set brah. ( kung ganyan yung nangyayari )

    Always exert your best effort when lifting sir para sayo yun. Nag gym ka hindi para sa iba, kundi sa sariling gainz mo.. so try doing it alone and a spotter will always be a "Spot" if you failed to help you, not aid you at 50% or so.

    1st of all, walang nakiki pag compete sayo. itinatama lang namen ang numbers ng totoong kaya mong buhatin. 2nd masyado ka incline sa supplement. proper diet and training may result yan within 1yr or 2. 3rd wag kang magalit kung tinatama ka nila in a way na naguguluhan din sila, actually ako naguluhan sa program at diet plan mo eh, kung kelan training wala kang carbs, tapos kung kelan restday dun ka madameng carbs.

    wag po masyadong balat sibuyas at pusong mamon.

    ok back to topic. unlearn and relearn ang dapat sayo ngaun. kase ung mga numbers mo umaasa sa spotter. dapat ngaun alamin mo muna ung mga kaya mong buhatin. then ecto ka kamo, youll need to eat triple ng akala mo na madame na sayo.

    Dami mo agad sinabi brad so to cut it short hinde 7yrs ang training mo, hinde mo kaya 200lbs sa bench press.

    Ako wala din supplements for the longest time kahit nagbebenta pa ako ng sandamakmak na supplements isa pa basic lang din program ko which is based on the compound lifts.

    I hope you take my words as a form of motivation, we don't sugar coat things round here. If you're that fragile might as well play chess or do fun runs.

    We lift freaking heavy weights Bro so di bagay kung balat sibuyas tayo.

    If you can't take the heat get out of the damn kitchen.

    teka, sa GWO may tinanong ako tungkol dyan sa Nitrotech hindi ko matandaan kung sino yun... sa talambuhay ko wala ako idea dyan, ano ba yang nitro tech na yan ? Dba may cel-tech o something a like ? LOL na hi jack sa katangahan ko sa mga tech tech na yan..

  • a liitle advise na lang sir from me because i'm little too :)
    5-10 rep ranges ka n lng lagi sir especially compounds. pero always do warm up sets.
    for example, kapag alam mong kaya mong buhatin ng higit sa 10 ang isang set, add weight hanggang maabot m yang 5 which is solo mong buhat without spot .

    for bodybuilding generally just use a weight heavy enough that you know that the muscle part intended to hit gets hit and contracts in every rep, its not just about being able to lift a certain weight solo.
