New Member po.

Hello po! Bago lang po ako dito sa site na to. Di naman po ganun kaganda katawan ko hihi. I'm here to gain more knowledge about body building. I'm 143 lbs and gained 5 lbs for 1 month. I've been working out at the gym since 2010 pero sulpot sulpot lang, busy kasi sa school :sport: .
Pero ngayon balik na ulit sa gym, 3 weeks. 5 times a week. :) That's all i got folks. cheers

    sarap talaga sir! :D lalo na pag umuulan. hihi.pagkatapos mo mag workout feel the fresh air outside the gym.

    We're in the same boat, brad! Consistently working out since January 2012, nag-aaral pa din. 3x/wk din akong nagwo-workout with current program. Tiyaga at diskarte din talaga...
