    Tanong lang, is having a sleeping habit of 3am to 11am considered as 8hrs of sleep? lately kasi my body clock has changed and d talaga ako makatulog ng before 3 am pero between 12 to 3 am chumachani padin ako sa pagkain ng meals

    problema ko rin yan these past years. hirap ako makatulog. nakahiga na ako ng 8pm pero gising na gising pa rin ako hanggang 11pm to 12am

    di ako doktor o fitness expert pero try mo ito

    1. avoid exercise or any strenuous activity 2 hours before your target sleep time.

    3. avoid exposure to blue light sources like LCD. blue light suppresses melatonin (hormone that causes us to fall asleep)

    4. avoid stimulants like coffee and energy drinks in the afternoon. i'm not sure about the others but I never take coffee in the afternoon just to make sure it won't interfere with my sleep during night

    nakabili na ba kayo ng on whey sa hindi nakadikit ung bilog na puti? di ko alam kung ano tawag dun pero kapag bagong bili ung tub eh dapat nakadikit un.. pero kanina nung bumili ako sa jillian ng on whey ung bagong itsura na tub eh pagbukas ko sa bahay eh di naka dikit ung puting bilog(seal) na sinasabi ko..

    Hi. Hindi ka po makakagain ng mass kung yan lang alone ang itatake. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Wala akong masyadong deep understanding sa benefits ng pagtake ng aminos alone but I think you can't compare it to whey since it is protein mismo.

    Makakagain ka po ng mass kung magcacalorie surplus ka. Eat beyond your daily caloric intake. Just eat kitchen food or anything around na edible basta hit your macros and caloric target :D Eat chicken, eggs, veggies, fruits, meats, of course add ka rin fats!

    ang alam ko ang whey protein may halo ng amino acids kasi ang PM7 meron eh...
    tsaka may nabasa narin ako dito dati ganyan din sabi...

    kung newbie ka, mas isipin mo muna ang proper training at proper diet bago ang supplements

    supplements are just there to help or improve your muscle gains, they are not the "key" to building muscle


    but to answer your question, try creatine monohydrate
