it doesnt matter, as long as kumain ka ng tama in a day. and complete your calories and macros. kahet wala kang whey after wo. hindi naman liliit muscle mo kung hindi ka agad makakain or maka pag whey pg katapos na pagkatapos mo mag wo. lol

To share mine, I eat one cup of rice at kung anong ulam ang available.. hehe.. sundot din ng post workout protein shake mo.. Since you mentioned that your not into supplements after workout, then I guess eating high protein and carbs stuffs will do.
protein shake after you work out is also the best if not one of the best time to 'cheat'.. this is where i become less tolerable in picking food to eat (ex. carbs) as your body is very much thirsty for nutrients, it'll be able to make use of those carbs easily.

Bilib talaga ko sa apetite ni Sir. Jettie sa Kanin.. Hihihi... max lang ako ng 2 cups kahit gutom or hindi.. parang puno na ko nun.. sayo 6 bitin pa? hehe.. medyo maluwag ang compartment mo sir.. :P
