Food after workout

Mga sir share niyo naman yun pagkain niyo pagkatapos mag gym, Hindi po ako whey protein user eh, ang tinitake ko lang po ngayon after mag workout is milk. :yahoo:

    yung gym mate ko dati may baon siyang tuna + eggs + white rice pang post workout nya.

    2-3eggs.. or 1 pitso chicken sa mga kanto kanto.. ginagawa ko rin ung tuna-egg-rice combo..
    hirap kc ng walang ref at mga kitchen appliances..

    ^ sarap naman nyan! kaso butas bulsa dyan pag inaraw araw eheheh! ako basta mataas ang carb and decent protein swak na after ng workout!

    it doesnt matter, as long as kumain ka ng tama in a day. and complete your calories and macros. kahet wala kang whey after wo. hindi naman liliit muscle mo kung hindi ka agad makakain or maka pag whey pg katapos na pagkatapos mo mag wo. lol

    Before I joined this community, di ako kumakain after workout.. Ang thinking ko kasi, lalo akong tataba since night time lagi ang workout ko..

    MALI PALA YUN!

    I learned from here and other internet articles that you should feed your body after you punished it!

    To share mine, I eat one cup of rice at kung anong ulam ang available.. hehe.. sundot din ng post workout protein shake mo.. Since you mentioned that your not into supplements after workout, then I guess eating high protein and carbs stuffs will do. :)

    protein shake :) after you work out is also the best if not one of the best time to 'cheat'.. this is where i become less tolerable in picking food to eat (ex. carbs) as your body is very much thirsty for nutrients, it'll be able to make use of those carbs easily.

    Nagmang inasal kami right after gym..

    6 rice ako kasi wala na manok.. naliliitan na ko sa manok nila

    di ako makasabay ng kain kay jet 6 na rice ba naman bitin pa sya lol. ako naka 2 cups lang ahahah!

    Bilib talaga ko sa apetite ni Sir. Jettie sa Kanin.. Hihihi... max lang ako ng 2 cups kahit gutom or hindi.. parang puno na ko nun.. sayo 6 bitin pa? hehe.. medyo maluwag ang compartment mo sir.. :P
