Gusto ko malaman kung ano yung dapat ko i-take. Ano yung mga iiwasan ko kainin or inumin pag nag take ako ng ganong supplements.
-Magpaliit ng tyan
-Different work out sa abs

pati kung kelangn ko na ba mag start ng legs.

Gusto ko rin itanong kung mag flies na ba ko sa chest? O palaki muna. Sabi kasi nung iba d daw tutubo yung chest pag nag flies agad.

    - Supps?
    Mag protein powder ka lang muna at vitamins
    Saka ka na mag creatine pag natapos na ung newbie gains mo
    Newbie gains = mabilis na gains ng mga kakasimula palang,
    - Pag kain dapat mong iwasan?
    Soft drinks,energy drinks,fried food,sweets,factory manufactured foods (lahat ng hindi galing sa halaman,hayop)
    Asukal,white rice,white bread,fruit juice,fast food (mcdo,jol,kfc,etc)
    Try to avoid them
    - Magpaliit ng tyan?
    Clean basic foods
    - ab workout?
    Leg raises,knee raises,ab roll,pike,plank,cable crunch (1-2x a week)
    Diet plays a big role pag abs ang pinag uusapan
    - Legs?
    Start as soon as possible, practice parallel squats then below parallel and then ATG squats
    (squats,front squats,walking Lunges,leg press)
    - Flies o magpalaki muna?
    Mix them, gawin mong finisher ng chest workout mo ung. Flies
    Bench press you gagawa ng mass ng Pecs mo,tpos ung Flies ung gagawa nung linya sa gitna
