    Hindi naman sir... feeling ko tatagal ako for these heavy lifts na babagal na yung progress ng weeks :duh: kahit pa 5lbs increase lang super challenge na sakin.


    On my first day ng squat empty bar hanggang 2nd day work out.. tapos inup ko na sya nung Friday first week ng 50lbs as starter then continues increment na ng 5lbs up to this point na. At very first few weeks easy lift lang.. pero etong week 6-8 mahirap pero nakakasurvive, ewan ko lang ngayon tong 200lbs sakit na sa hita.


    Sa BP naman talagang nagstart ako empty bar and increment of 5 lbs yun lang.. walang tigil up to now.

    Okay, sir. Okay lang ba sakin mag Promatrix7. feeling ko kasi kulang ang protein in take ko eh.. I found out na okay ang feedback neto for a cheapo price.

    I'm using pm7! sige lang... kung feeling mo need mo ng supp, then go for pm7, cheap but ok naman siya for men.

    Thanks sir! hehehe paano ba gumamit nun like pag timpla and kelan pwede unimon? Post work out or during work out?

    Yung sa belly ko dadaanin ko na lang sa tamang pagkain pero gusto ko pa rin pasok ang maskels..

    Ang protein source ko kasi is itlog, peanut butter at kung sa office yung armored chicken breast ng mini stop lol at ewan ko kung ano pang nakakain ko na meron pa.

    ah sige sir! wooo.. pag nagpabili na ko sa boss ko... kasi tita nya yung may ari ng anselka eh.. so sana maka dc kahit konti!

    Well, I agree, tama mga sinabi nila, after WO of course then bago matulog...at mas masarap pag may gatas, non-fat milk gamit ko, non-fat na, taas pa protein content.

    Kadalasan sir mga 3pm or 4pm ang start or 5pm ang late, tapos ko mga 6pm na nyan or 6:30pm. Correction pala sa 8pm to 12am, dapat 12pm hahaha tanghaling tapat

    Negative na sa brown rice mga sir! T_T hindi na daw kami bibigyan ng DC lol pero try ko pa rin mangulet sa meeting hehe.. ennang yan! baka xmas promo lang nila yun..

    Well anyway... today is fairly intense working days..

    Broke my fasting phase at 11:30 AM with Ground beef, 2 hard boiled eggs at chopsuey at 1/2 rice.

    Gonna be at the gym later after umuwi with workout A routine SL 5x5... sana kayanin T_T

    (will update after I hit the gym if it fails or not )

    Work out weight 205 lbs

    Bencpress
    WU : empty bar 2x5

    Work out weight 165lbs

    Barbel Rows :
    Work out weight 100 lbs * lock on this weight atm to master the true form, I'm having a hard time on this one*


    Next month gonna try ProMatrix7 pala. Question about this one, paano ang pag timpla neto and intake. Thanks

    Update, after viewing my squat... I realize I need to go lower than my usual squating position. hehehe nakakahiya upload dito yung akin since may mali. Try ko yung ATG sa wednesday pramis!
