Cable Crunch Technique

What do you do to prevent yourselves from being lifted by the weights while doing cable crunches. I can't seem to get it right when doing weights above 100lbs. I'm 150lbs.

    ^^ when you get stronger (not only mid-section) and get used to the movement, you will be able to increase the load. Also check on your distance from the cable. If youre too close, it might be the cause of why the cable is pulling your entire body up.
