    I just finished my legs workout yesterday and amazingly I'm not feeling sore today. Last week, I was crippled for 3 days doing the same workout with lower weights and fewer reps than I did yesterday.

    There were two major changes I made. I stretched like hell before and after working out and I increased the dosage of my pre-workout drink which is ON Amino Energy.

    I no longer dread legs workouts :) wohooo!
