tapos 5 grams per day na afterwards..
Maganda ang gains ko dito lalo na I'm into weight training..
Mataas ung dinagdag ng mga Lifts ko specially sa Squat, DL, OHP and BP..
Not sure kung mag ccycle pa ako or not...
Cguro mag check muna ako ng ibang mga reference of Fact check kung dapat ba tlga or hindi..
So far maganda ang naidulot nito sakin..
Cguro nakatulong din ung psychological factor kasi madalas ako mag basa ng mga blogs about supplements na lumakas daw sila after taking Creating.. LOL

i just bought dis micronized creatine monohydrate kanina bodybuilding.com na brand sa online seller, nag meet kami kanina sabi nya sana yung creatine monohydrate nalang pinili m0 kc 99% pure from pharm grade and mura lang 1,400php, unlike sa micronized na 1,450php, pero sa pag research ko same lang naman, pinili ko mironized kc madali daw mag absorb sa tyan wala gaan0ng side effect unlike sa old creatine mono.

ask ko lang po kung nag tetake ka po ba ng cratine bawal ka sa caffein? like coffee or softdrinks?
