    This is the only supplement na iniinom ko for 3 months now...
    Ok ung feeling na nag creatine loading ako for 5 days 20 grams of Creatine monohydrate..
    tapos 5 grams per day na afterwards..

    Maganda ang gains ko dito lalo na I'm into weight training..
    Mataas ung dinagdag ng mga Lifts ko specially sa Squat, DL, OHP and BP..

    Not sure kung mag ccycle pa ako or not...
    Cguro mag check muna ako ng ibang mga reference of Fact check kung dapat ba tlga or hindi..

    So far maganda ang naidulot nito sakin..
    Cguro nakatulong din ung psychological factor kasi madalas ako mag basa ng mga blogs about supplements na lumakas daw sila after taking Creating.. LOL
    Kaya feeling ko ang lakas ko na din kasi I'm pushin my limits :)

    Kapg may naramdaman kayong kakaiba ihinto nyo agad tapos magpa check up :)

    i just bought dis micronized creatine monohydrate kanina bodybuilding.com na brand sa online seller, nag meet kami kanina sabi nya sana yung creatine monohydrate nalang pinili m0 kc 99% pure from pharm grade and mura lang 1,400php, unlike sa micronized na 1,450php, pero sa pag research ko same lang naman, pinili ko mironized kc madali daw mag absorb sa tyan wala gaan0ng side effect unlike sa old creatine mono.
    Naka 10g ako ngaung araw 5g kanina 5pm dn 5g mga 8pm, diritso ko linagay sa bibig okay lang naman wala namang lasa may amoy lang na parang ewan hehe, pino talaga xia parang gaw gaw haha tas andami nakadikit pa iba sa kilid ng tub sa lo0b ng binuksan ko tas may sco0p na sa lo0b. Nakalagay sa instruction 20g evryday daw for 1st week dn maintenance 5g. So nxt week 5g nalang everyday,1st time ko mag creatine

    ask ko lang po kung nag tetake ka po ba ng cratine bawal ka sa caffein? like coffee or softdrinks?

    para sa akin ndi naman cguro, may creatine naman tau sa katawan, may creatine din sa kinakain nating meat. Maliban nlang kung bawal kumain ng meat bwal tlaga creatine, wait nlang din natin ibang mga experts.

    coffee - diuretic (dehydrates you)
    creatine - fills your muscles with water


    wala pa namang maayos na scientific study proving that creatine and coffee contradicts each other

    yes, diuretic ang coffee pero mild lang


    kung talagang worried ka pa rin, pwede namang before bedtime mo na lang inumin ang creatine tapos sa umaga ang coffee

    Laklak ka nalang ng maraming tubig kahit gano pa ka diuretic yang coffee kung malakas ka naman tumubig di ka naman ma dedehydrate

    Take it whenever it doesn't really matter when you take it basta mag take ka lang everyday, but don't expect the effects to immediately kick in, anyway ikaw yang nasa avatar mo? laki ng back piece ah

    take 5g per day, anytime you want (pre workout, post workout, etc)

    yes, creatine is scientifically proven to be effective in increasing your performance (more weight increase for the same reps or more reps increase for the same weight)

    drinks lots of water than normal coz creatine will push more water into your muscles

    nakainom nako kagabi after work out, isinabay ko sya sa mutant mass ko. wala lang parang walang pag babago sa lasa.

    mga kelan ko po ba mararamdaman ang effect nito mga sirs?

    2 weeks ata, sa akin 2 days sa close grip bench ko naramdaman ko ung repstas ihi ako ng ihi mga every after 30mins or 1hr, inum inum ka lang ng tubig
