Si Ripp may instructional din nyan kaso mas convinced ako dyan kay Mc Cauley kasi talaga Oly lifter yan.
Saka pag develop ang bi's mo mahirap ipaton sa clavicle yung bar, kaya pala yung mga Oly lifter eh halos walang bi's kai di kailangan masyado sa ginagawa nila. Pero ganda naman ng mga delts and tri's nila.

di ba pag powerlifting 1 rep lang
In an actual PL meet your given 3 attempts on the 3 main lifts. 1 rep per attempt. But in PL training it's totally different.
