The table attached is for us to have an idea where we currently stand in terms of strength. Let's all aim for an ELITE status!

    Squat - same body wt at Intermediate lang
    Deads - same body wt Nooooob! novice

    Di ka nag-iisa DS. Parehas tayong napag iiwanan ang BP. How I wish ma reach ko na yung advanced status sa BP ko!

    Si Ripp may instructional din nyan kaso mas convinced ako dyan kay Mc Cauley kasi talaga Oly lifter yan.

    Saka pag develop ang bi's mo mahirap ipaton sa clavicle yung bar, kaya pala yung mga Oly lifter eh halos walang bi's kai di kailangan masyado sa ginagawa nila. Pero ganda naman ng mga delts and tri's nila.

    Those numbers on this table is your 1RM. Have you even determined what your 1RM are for your compound lifts? "Siguro" doesn't count.

    In an actual PL meet your given 3 attempts on the 3 main lifts. 1 rep per attempt. But in PL training it's totally different.
