    Update lang sa pics. Wala kami dip bars kaya dyan ako sa pedal pedal kung ano man tawag dyan nag ddip hahaha

    kasama yun paps, last year ganun din ako, start yun after the 5th day of keto, will last a week, after that, ok kana, explaination dun is, wiwi ka ng wiwi, losing salt and electrolites, lose ka ng 5lbs of water, kaya puro salty muna food natin...after the transition is over, ok na uli, youll see an improvement sa skin, fat lost is around 1lb a week, then youll regain your strength back

    Nga pala sir troll, about losing some things.. hindi ba nasasama ang muscle? Baka kasi may muscle loss kaya nakakatakot hehe sayang namam ang gains hahaha

    not really, muscle sparing nga sya coz once youre keto adapted may endless supply ka na calories coming from body fat...your intake of protein is not compromised, i learned something this keto cycle, pag mababa fat/hi protein, intake mo, di ka mag aadapt to keto coz your protein will be converted to glucose pa din via gluconeogenesis....

    SM Decline press 3x12 40 kg
    Chest dips 1x8, 3x8 weighted dip

    Cable crossover:
    High 3x30,25,15 25kg ea

    triceps.
    tricep pulldown 3x15
    tricep extension dips

    yung sa taas na pic prep ko lang gulay and everything para kuha kuha nalang. Then pag gusto ko kumain kuha lang ako then lagyan ko egg at tuna or chicken or beef para madaling gawin. food prep ideas lang paps hehe walang kumplekasyon hahaha

    ako hindi ko magawa yan.. hahaha, lahat ng prep ko isang kainan lang lagi... hihi, try ko nga minsan mag stock lang ng pagkain na ready to eat na,, kasi minsan ngyayare sakin after workout mga 1-2hours pa ko nakakain kasi niluluto pa, hehe, pero nag wwhey nanaman na ako kagad..

    wala naman papi, mas magandang basis ang waistline kaysa weight paps, example if youre 160lbs pero 38in waist, or 160lbs na 30in waist...
