di ko na measure sir troll eh, does it have to do anything with my weight?

@TRoll_W_a_Heart @pandoy sirs have you tried using MP combat? Balak ko pa naman bumili 10lbs this January.

    **
Product details of Muslepharm Combat Whey 10 lbs (Chocolate)**

Combat Powder is formulated for the athletes and active people. Each serving will provide you with 25g of protein, which will feed your muscles for up to 8 hours, making it a universal protein suitable for any time of the day. It is very easy to mix without any clumps and it tastes absolutely amazing. Musclepharm went the extra mile by including BCAA and glutamine, to optimize recovery and make Combat Powder truly a superior product.

By the way magkaiba ba ang 5lbs MP C 100% Whey compare sa 10lbs nya na protien Shake?

    MP COMBAT 5lbs

    COMBAT 100% WHEY
    ULTRA PREMIUM 100% WHEY

COMBAT 100% WHEY is a low-carb, high-protein, great-tasting protein supplement with minimal fat and low sodium that delivers fast digesting protein sources to build and maintain lean muscle mass. Combat 100% Whey combines two of the fastest digesting, most efficient, and cleanest protein sources available: Whey Protein Isolate and Whey protein Concentrate. Whey protein has the highest bioavailability among complete proteins (protein that contains a complete amino acid profile of all 9 essential amino acids) and also has the highest absorption rate among any other proteins. Whey protein isolate is a concentrated whey protein molecule “isolated” to remove any impurities such as fats, or sugars. This process, in turn, reduces the size of the molecule making it easier for the body to absorb and faster to digest. Additionally, Combat 100% Whey is low in sodium at only 65mg per serving. This can reduce the risk of excess water retention, further ensuring that the mass that you put on is the mass that you intended.

    KEY FEATURES
    25 grams of high-quality protein
Sourced from Whey Protein isolate and Whey Protein concentrate
    1g of sugar
    Gluten-free
    Banned-substance tested
    No artificial dyes or colors

Speaking of dips, may alternative or any variations ba na pwede gawin for this exercise? Nahihirapan ako sa nakahang eh and may nararamdaman akong pressure on my sternum. Lol.

Di ako nagde-decline paps, masakit sa ulo. I do BB/DB flat and incline press naman during chest days.
