sir ive read on your journal na may titanium ka sa arms di ba siya sumasakit while lifting?
kasi meron din ako sa femur ko i think its what they call ORIF. can i like work on it and add more sa squat?
wala kasi ako kilala sa pinag gyman ko wala ako mapakiusapan na mag aassit. like on every excercise like bench pressing. i just go there and i dont talk to. maybe need to socialize more haha

What happened sir? bakit nag pahinga ka for 1 week?
burnt out na sir. sumasakit na din right portion ng back ko just a few inches from my shoulder. and ang left wrist ko parang tinusok tusok ng pin. so far wala na yung sakit sa likod pero sa wrist minimal nalang a week after resting so far happy naman hehe
i think im getting skinny fat now though not really sure
am i in the right path? i wanted to lose fat not weight or am i just overthinking things? though the muscle gain is minimal but its really visible naman kahit konti lang hehe
