    decided and really wanted to expedite fat loss. cut calorie intake to 2k per day nararamdaman ko na during work
    pero not on lifting same stat pa din
    next week will try to add more poundage on my stat kasi parang nagiging comfy na ako

    if not a fan of going too low, 2.3k is still ok, just add output, like cardio, if you lose another 10lbs, then you can go down to 2k...

    sir ive read on your journal na may titanium ka sa arms di ba siya sumasakit while lifting?
    kasi meron din ako sa femur ko i think its what they call ORIF. can i like work on it and add more sa squat?
    wala kasi ako kilala sa pinag gyman ko wala ako mapakiusapan na mag aassit. like on every excercise like bench pressing. i just go there and i dont talk to. maybe need to socialize more haha

    decided to take a pic on the mirror im kinda like what im seeing. but yeah malayo pa rin maybe because of the lighting. pero really an addictive feeling hehe.

    ok lang yan paps, ako din naman (inuman at kung ano ano kinakain), boring ang weekend pag walang inuman!!!!! hahaha. Basta wag kalimutan bumawi hehehe

    40+mins workout shoulder and triceps. had to do it quick as fast as i can without compromising the
    the poundage. ma lalate nako sa work!! NTE nanaman my ghaad! haha

    BTW

    galing pala ako 1 week lay off from lifting sarap ng pakiramdam refreshed woohoo

  • burnt out na sir. sumasakit na din right portion ng back ko just a few inches from my shoulder. and ang left wrist ko parang tinusok tusok ng pin. so far wala na yung sakit sa likod pero sa wrist minimal nalang a week after resting so far happy naman hehe

    BP barbell 100lbs 10x3
    BP incline 100lbs 8x3
    cable flys
    seated incline barbel curl 50lbs 8x2- 40lbs 8x3
    hammer curl dumbell 40lbs 12x3 - Barbell hammer Curl 50lbs 8x2
    barbell curl 50lbs 8x2

    i think im getting skinny fat now though not really sure :(
    am i in the right path? i wanted to lose fat not weight or am i just overthinking things? though the muscle gain is minimal but its really visible naman kahit konti lang hehe
