  • may tanong ako 1 month i stopped taking creatine not because its deloading or what. nag stop ako kasi wala na budget haha, pero lately started taking it like more than a week na napansin ko parang tumaba ako or lumobo, am i imagining things again? haha

    thats is normal, if youre in a deficit, thats just water..

    bakit sumasakit shoulder blades ko? di naman siya disturbing kahit lifting or at rest(doing natural motion) pero may hint pa rin ng pain though not that much na masakit parang sting. im sure proper form ako whenever im doing shoulder excercise kasi kargado ng mirror ang pinag bubuhatan ko lol.

    parang motel paps? hahaha. Feeling ko nga normal na sa mga nag bubuhat ang may pain or some sting sa shoulder, it means you're alive hahaha. Parang given na ang pain na yan hehe just mho.

    Araw-araw ka nagc-creatine? Di ko naexperience yang paglobo na yan.

  • mas question ako. low potassium ba ako? kasi napapansin ko din sa diet ko panay eggs chicken and rice lang ako eh and other protein rich food. but i never tried incorporating potatoes bananas and other potassium rich food sa diet ko. kasi kanina i felt weird sa gym pa lang hinang hina ako di ko mabuhat yung usual PR ko weights ko then sa working set of weights di ko maabot yung 12, normally naman cguro there are days na we are not on tip top condition pero may mali na talaga eh napansin ko and parang nag ccramp yung legs ko kaso chest day naman lol. FF. nasa office na ako nahilo ako lakas ng beat ng heart ko maybe cguro nag panic ako kasi ayaw ko mahimatay sa office nakakahiya. lumabas ako bilis ng heartbeat ko bumili ako saging 3pcs after ilang mins bumuti feeling ko.
  • di ko talaga matanggap na highblood ako. nag spike lang siguro nung nag panic na ako nag pa BP ako sa clinic eh taas daw ng BP ko di ako mapakali anxious na anxious ako. controlled naman sodium ko fats and everything kasi nga may foodlog sa myfitnesspal and isa pa im doing IF. whats you take on this mga master huhu

    highblood....eating fat is not the problem, have you seen my log? i included my bp there..

    I'm sure you're doing fine. Na praning ka lang paps dahil siguro na mention ni sir troll ang about sa potassium hahahaha. Nanghihina ka kamo? Mag carbload ka once in a while tignan mo ang difference during wo mo :-). Tulad ngayon holiday carbload day masarap to mag buhat bukas wawasakin ko shoulders ko lol
