I want to tell him na. Sorry ah 4th set ko na kasi tong 10reps na 50lbs 50lbs Db military press and naka superset kasi siya sa 10reps 135lbs na Inc BB press. Hahaha with a warm-up na 10 set ng 5 reps chest to bar 30secs rest. LoL

haha ung feeling na may bagong dating tapos makikita ka ng hirap na hirap ka sa last 2 sets mo sa squats (heavy day) lalo bago sa gym hassle, you know what theyre thinking? yeah thats right. haha. hassle nga yan ASAR no, dapat sinabihan mo your workout is my warm up haha

Siguro rin kasi nasanay na ako na ignore lang kasi nung payat pa ako ang daming mga mahilig mag intimidate lalo na sa bakal gym haha.
I did squats and felt a discomfort on my left lower back. Plus my right hips and femur hurts because of my recent accident on bike while trailing. (I literally flew from my bike twice and landed on the right hips twice lol)
Then I self assess my lower back and I discovered something (ewan ko Kung may Humawa na nito). I got a stick and imitated the Romanian deadlift. I noticed that my left hamstring is stiffer than my right (maybe because of my injury on my right hips) And when I adjusted my hips to balance the "stretch feeling" of my hamstring. Then tried to squat again. The discomfort on my left lower back is gone. LoL hope this experience help others.

Nagkaganyan din ako dati kaso sa Delts naman, kapag nag DB shoulder press ako, sumasakit yung left part ng back ko, yung feel ng parang nangangawit sya palagi, So itinigil ko na yun DB press at pinalit muna yung upright row. After a month sinubukan ko ulit yung DB press at ayun wala nang yung pangangawit sa left part ng back ko. daig pa ang nag flanax. hehe
What I'm trying to say @shane is nakatabingi pala yung hips ko without knowing. So Nung nagcorrective ako ng movement, na balance yung distribution ng load sa aking lower back . Nasemplang kasi ako sa bike kaya siguro nag cocompensate yung left side ko to lessen the load sa right
After drinking hard @ tides till 4am. Bike agad ng 7am hahahahaha
I'm really challenged sa route na pinuntahan namen (angat dam and ipo dam). Uphills as stiff as stairs lol. The feeling of like giving up, but your fellow bikers really push hard. 62Km done for 4hrs.
Conditioning check! Physique (Pwede na for now haha)! Strength na lang hahaha. May training ba para palakihin yung ulo? Ang liit na ng ulo ko LoL
