ano po ba mas maganda yun brown native egg or white or pareho lang po ba yun?

According to the Egg Nutrition Board (and who should know better?), “White shelled eggs are produced by hens with white feathers and ear lobes. Brown shelled eggs are produced by hens with red feathers and red ear lobes. There is no difference in taste or nutrition between white and brown eggs.” The people at Crisco (who may know even more than the egg nutritionists) go further to say, “They simply come from two different breeds of chickens. Brown eggs, however, are more expensive because the chickens that lay them eat more than those that lay white eggs.”

Good Day mga bossing..

Is Balut better than our hard-boiled chicken egg?
My nagssubstitute b nito?

thank you in advance!!

A serving of balut contain 188 calories, including 14 grams each of protein and fat, 2 milligrams of iron and 116 milligrams of calcium

A serving of white boiled egg contain 211 calories, including 17 grams of protein and fat, and some vit A, calcium and iron.

211 calories? I'm under the impression na less than 100 calories lang ang hard boiled egg.

That's 1 cup measurement po for both.

Thanks for clarifying!

Bakit kaya intense maka high blood ang balut?

Not certain but might be has something to do with the cholesterol level... for Balut contain 619 mg while hard boiled has 577 mg (per egg) - not specified if LDL or HDL hehehe

ask those people that sells leche flan in the market. they usually do
not use the egg whites anyway. in the states, they do sell it in tetra
packs - mas hygenic. so you can have egg white omelettes without the
guilt na tinapon mo lang yung yolk.Source...
My sister's business is making sugar flowers - which are made up of
egg whites and sugar. She buys egg whites by the gallon from bakeries
who make ensaymada (primarily egg yolks) and have no use for the
whites. I nicked a gallon from her supply once, it made for pretty
good whites-only omelets. Ask around for bakeries who might offer the
same deal, but make sure the whites are refrigerated properly.

try mo sa Tekton manufacturing - Eto address 315 CMI Bldg Commonwealth Ave. Diliman Quezon City. meron sila liquid and powdered form. Nung nag inquire ako last year sabi nila baka gumawa sila ng flavored para sa mga bumibili for dietary supplementation. Di ko lang alam kung tinuloy nila.

• My tummy doesn't handle whey protein very well - kahit pa yung mostly whey protein isolate. I get stomach cramps and diarrhea, so I turned to eggs. A week ago I bought a kilo of pasteurized egg white powder. The smell and consistency is just horrible - it's just like raw egg whites - pero pag hinaluan ko ng juice or Milo kaya naman. Never met anyone who has tried powdered egg whites tho.

• Last last week egg mayo sandwich ginawa kong meryenda of the week. parang naka 3 balot ng malalaking bans lang total na naubos ko grabe umay haha.

Pwede naman if you're not conscious of your calories.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. I try different brands. Mahal ang olive oil so I'm not sure kung ano yung tig 5 pesos.
