Sa akin ang luto ko, 5-10min, tapos off yung fire, then sit on the hot water for another few minutes like 5 minutes, then drain yung tubig, tapos lagyan ulet para bigla yung drop ng temp ng eggs. Viola! Easy to peel off eggs. Pero take consideration din yung freshness nung eggs.

hirap ako dito sir, lage nababasag yung itlog pag pinapakuluan ko, ( usually 15 - 20 minutes sa apoy ), yun pala yung tama, haha!

    bwakana! hinipan! LOL!
  • Salamat mga sir...
  • Ako 4-6 egg whites. Minsan hard boiled, minsan scrambled. Depende sa trip ko. Yung dilaw ginagawang leche flan ni ermats haha.

Walang bad side effects sa akin, in fact mas nagiging lean ako pero may konti pang body fat hahah.

3-5 eggs sakin.

regarding sa question about eggs intake, depende cguro sa gusto mo ma achieve na size ng katawan mo at sa intense ng workout mo. but always remember too much of anything is bad. imo

    proven n yan.

Natural cholesterol is safe, which means the ones from meat at eggs lalo na satin puro grassfed namn mga baka dito yun nga lang pork lutuin talaga mabuti.

According to the Egg Nutrition Board (and who should know better?), “White shelled eggs are produced by hens with white feathers and ear lobes. Brown shelled eggs are produced by hens with red feathers and red ear lobes. There is no difference in taste or nutrition between white and brown eggs.” The people at Crisco (who may know even more than the egg nutritionists) go further to say, “They simply come from two different breeds of chickens. Brown eggs, however, are more expensive because the chickens that lay them eat more than those that lay white eggs.”

    Kahit ano sa dalawa then.

A serving of balut contain 188 calories, including 14 grams each of protein and fat, 2 milligrams of iron and 116 milligrams of calcium

A serving of white boiled egg contain 211 calories, including 17 grams of protein and fat, and some vit A, calcium and iron.

211 calories? I'm under the impression na less than 100 calories lang ang hard boiled egg.
