Ako kasi I am on my 3rd week of my lifting pero before pa ako magbuhat plano ko na magbulk. and I am gaining at least 1kg/week. and I am taking in around 3.5k calories everyday.

Im consistent on my macros naman so far at consistent din sa training. Actually, ang problema ko tlga is bka hindi lang 1lb/wk ang magain ko. @sir popoycanton Im gonna weigh myself on friday since friday ako nagtimbang. salamat

not sure kung clean bulking ba to, hindi ko kasi alam ung clean bulking pero Im adding 500 surplus during workdays while pag restday is just my maintenance(ung no deficit or surplus d ko alam term). 1 week pa nga lang pero nag aalala na ako kasi galing ako sa pagiging over weight kya takot.
try mo gawin 300-400 cals for 2 weeks, timbang ka ulet after nun kasi magbabago na cals and macros requirement mo nyan. Tapos either adjust p/f/c kung ano kailangan.
Hindi lang basta dagdag lang ng dagdag, kung masyado kayo worrisome sa tyan nyo eh di try nyo yang macro and caloric manipulation.

ok sir @jettie@lazar I will lower my suplus if i will gain more than 2lbs on this coming friday. I posted my meal plan during my workdays. Kindly please criticize it if there are better foods that can be changed instead of the meal plan that i have posted(tight budget, student eh ).

paano mo naman malalaman o ma isolate kung "pure muscle" o taba yung gainz mo for a week? Para sakin safe na yung 1lb per week, take note sakin lang ito, and gawin mo yan for about 3 mos and see the results. Again, adjust macros consistently kung ano nangyayari sa katawan mo.

di ko gets, sabi kasi ni core kung natty sya kasi kala niya 1kg of muscle/week kaya ko sinagot na 1kg of weight/week si bokeh at hindi pure muscle lang. Tsaka alam ko natty si bokeh since tinitignan ko ung journal niya at impossible 1kg of muscle per week kapag natty diba.
Weight ang usapan regardless kung fats or muscle hehe.
Baka nag aadjust palang katawan ko sa mga kinakain ko kaya mabilis, and hindi pa ganun ka intense workout ko. Im just on my 3rd week. Baka pag nag 5th week ako baka biglang bumaba weight ko hehe

Recently lang dn ako bro nag start sa gym so baka wala pa ako masyado matutulong haha pero usually nag lelegs ako twice a week lhnd ko tlga as in tinatarget pa yung legs basic exercise lng ako sa legs, squats, lounges, leg raises. ngayon kasi proportion pa ung legs ko sa upper body ko kya d pa masyado issue sakn un.

Tanong lang mga master pwede na ba ako mag clen after ko mag bulk this january since gusto ko mag cutting at masilayan ung 6 packs ko. Pero before that pwede bang mahingi ang cons nito sa mga nakagamit na. Salamat

Pinahiram lang yan at dapat nating ibalik ng maayos. Nakalagay naman dun sa journal ko kung ano yung mga sides na naexperience ko.
Kung tatanungin mo ako, kung dapat ka ba mag take ng CLEN, my answer is NO. Kasi for me, it's your call. Kung sure ka sa isang bagay at alam mo na ang lahat about sa bagay na yun, for sure, hindi ka na mag tatanong. Siguro mag research ka na lang, tanong2x sa mga nakagamit na. First of all, I do not recommend Clenbuterol as a fat burner is you haven't mastered the basics of dieting like sorting out your diet and exercise program. Do not think you can get away by popping Clen tabs on a poor diet. Do not look shortcuts and rather educate yourself. Do not listen to the guy who is selling you Clenbuterol and telling you "just drink this" without even talking about a proper diet strategy with you and asking about your medical history. Clen isn't your typical fat burner sitting on the shelves in the supplement store. Clen is serious business. Most of the questions about Clen use that I have received are from people who are clueless about their own nutrition. Imagine my horror when they also told me that they are doing endless sit-ups with no results and cannot answer me about the approximate number of calories they consume.
Ok mga sir, I have 4 months pa naman to think and have my research before deciding if ill take or not. For now, im just gonna lift hard and get all the possible gains.

IMO, it depends on your stance, kung wide stance ka ( based kay candito on hybrid squat ) ok lang na naka point straight yung paa mo,
