yesterday was great! I managed to add 2.5lbs on my Squats! And of course got the chance to meet the PBB.com celebrity mod! We had dinner and few bottles of RHB.. Tipsy na ako pag uwi..hahahaha

Rest Week ko next week (From April 30 - May 6) A WHOLE WEEK OFF From the GYM! Iiwan ko muna si sir Buh na mgbubuhat! ahahahaha mgjo'job hunting muna ako kase naging palamunin na ako eh.. Working out with sir Buh was very great! talagang palaban siya when it comes to bugbugan sa training at overload sa weights lalo na sa Squats at Deadlift namin. hahaha
imbento ka..mas malakas kang bumuhat skin..tutal 3 weeks ako ng pahinga..nagbabawi pa lang..next week ikaw pahinga...humabol ka pag balik mo..nyahaha..
ay teka asa Panglao pa pala ako til tuesday..nyahaha...kaya pa..makakahabol ka pa...hehehe

I'm here in CDO mag 1week na ang stay ko dito. Anyways, kanina lang ako nakapagbuhat kase yun nga, everyday laseng ako dito kase maraming pumupunta na mga kaibigan.. buti kunti lng ang nakalam na uwmuwi ako kung hindi, magkakasakit na naman ako dahil sa stress..
