okay lang daw sana undergo ako with LASEK (w/blade) 50k, kaso sobrang nipis daw ng cornea ko na hindi kaya mag create ng flop etong si 2nd gen machine kaya go ako for LASIK (w/c is more customized and accurate when it comes to creating a flop on my cornea tsaka no blades procedure to.. puro lasers tsaka 5mins/eye yung duration nya. no choice eh.. yun lang option ko to get my vision back tas undergo pa ako ng teraphy after 1month.
I wouldn't mind paying that amount to get my vision back pero medyo manageable pa naman mata ko. Pero sa mga kakilala ko na nakapg lasik, super sensitive daw ang eyes sa light. Ung isa he wears safety goggles everytime nasa labas siya ung isa naman naghire ng driver kasi nabubulag daw siya sa mga headlights sa gabi.

Anyways, back to the gym kanina with Chest + Biceps 2days after my Successful LASIK surgery. The surgeon advised me not to train for now (1 month) or avoid sweat getting into the eyes if engage with exercise.
Sounds pretty bad to me since i love to train 45mins-1hr 5x/week! anu ba sa tingin ninyu mga masters? should i stop training for a month until OK na? di kase mapigilan yung sweating na sobra lalo na kapag heavy sets eh. kahit naka aircon pa gym papawisan ka rin.
In connection to this, i need some inputs from you guys para na man somehow ma motivate pa rin ako to train after a month. What to do when not training.

Sinubukan ko kanina Sir Milk gumamit ng headband pero yung singaw ng mga mata ko dumidikit sa Protective goggles ko eh.. ng fo' fog yung lens ng goggles ko.. panay punas ako sa eye area which is not allowed to touch during healing period to avoid infections.
i dunno bro, if I were you I would follow the doctor's advice. baka pag nagka complication or whatever sabihin pa ng doktor tigas ng ulo mo.tiis tiis na lang muna 1 month lang naman just be patient and after that you could do whatever you want.

OT: dahil sau parang gusto ko tuloy ipa-Lasik din mga parents ko ehehe.
^Pahinga na lang muna ako for 3weeks..hehehehe hindi ko matiis yung 1month of inactivity baka mawala na ako sa dereksyon at motivation na mag train.. may possibility ba na mag decrease yung strength ko after a month of inactivity? If so, ilang weeks ko ba ma regain yung dating lakas ko sa pag bubuhat? Papa'Freeze ko na yung acct ko this monday. Boss Kyzack, how old are your parents na ba? may age consideration kase yan eh.. just consult your surgeon, they will give advise for best PRK treatment na hindi mo talaga e re regret.

yes sir noobie.. meron talaga discomfort like masakit yung mga mata 30 mins post op. mawawala din naman kapag naka pahinga kana ng 3-4hrs tas after 24hrs ok na talaga xa. sulit talaga ang lasik balik HD na ulet vision ko ;-)
