    on the contrary, doesnt look so shitty to me. haha mukang pasok padin sa macros ko yan, i can eat that and still cut hahaha (srsly)

    it doesn't look so shitty because almost everything we eat now is shit LOL. Choose the least evil. Macros doesn't really matter if you dont lift consistently. You can still achieve something with those kind of food as long as you do #3 (dirty bulk + hardcore consistent training). Third World Gains  at it's finest.

    yup, agree. kaso kung pwede lang sa lahat ganyan, sa katulad nya may medical condition na, he needs to take the doctors advice to prevent further complications. kung ok na lahat by all means he can kill himself (lol not srs / pun intended)

    Yeah I read his concern, hindi ako expert pero i don't think it's serious. I have very bad experiences with all kinds of doctors and specialists before kaya never nako nagpatingin ulit despite all kinds of injuries, pains and illness. The mind has magical healing effects, it worked for me. Pero shempre ingat ingat din at dun ka na kung san ka safe.

    As of now pinagaaralan ko talaga kumain ng tama kahit mahirap para saken. Iba parin talaga and clean maganda ang output.

    Correct! shempre kung may pambili ka na ng maayos ng pagkain bat ka magtitiis at magtatiyaga sa unhealthy food.

    Salamat  idols @BADASS_VINCH at @BANE @SMALLWIJI ,  will definitely do those inputs. Yun talaga balak ko dahil tutal 3x per week lang ako buhat e i will give my all na and besides ang haba ng rest days ko, except dun sa weekends, pero sa first week mejo hinay muna, kuha muna ko momentum kasi baka mabigla hehe. Natakot lang talaga ako kasi di pa ko ready umalis sa mundo, hahah anliit pa ng baby ko e, kaya even though gusto ko talaga pumunta gym kahit bawal e pinigil ko sarili ko. Excited na ko for nextweek!:yahoo:

    P.S. pasok padin ba sa hardcore training na yan kung 3x a week lang lift?
    Wed chest/tris
     Sat Shoulder/legs
     Sun Back Biceps


    or paghiwalayin ko yung magkasunod na legs at back and switch one with chest/tris? I'm committed with Intense training right now, will definitely won't baby my lifts anymore. hahaha

    Magbuhat na ulit ako bukas, dapat lastweek pa kaso nagkalagnat /sipon/ ubo ako the whole week, nagkaproblema ako sa pagkaen kasi wala ako panlasa until now bawas ang gana ko sa pagkaen, feeling ko nga magbubuhat nanaman ako from scratch. di ko naman ineexpect na bukas malakas padin ako sa lifts, haha alam ko mahihirapan nanaman ako nyan, pero I'm up for the challenge. I had 2months break from lifting pero yung sakit talaga last week ang lalong nagpahina sakin. pag minamalas ka nga naman. tsk tsk!

    After shift parin pre, midshift. di kasi kaya ng pre shift kung punta pa ko ng CG. hehe ok naman. siguro around 70-80% nung strength ko ang nasustain. like nung nasa 125-130lbs na ko sa BP dati ngayun nasa 100-105 nalang, pero ok lang naman. 2months din kasi ako nahinto tapos mejo di ako nakakaen ng maayos that time kaya yung muscle mass nawala talaga. haha hopefully after a month nabalik ko na lakas ko. at mejo kumapal ulit kahit papanu. bulk ulit ako. pero di na super dirty bulk.     ayos, wag mo muna pwersahin, pakiramdaman mo muna kung gano kabigat pa lang kaya. hindi talaga tayo magkasabay, hehe. Before shift kasi ako eh, kapag after shift, antok na antok nako ng 11pm.
