    Mga sir tanong lang need ba talaga kumaen ng 2-3hrs kahit small meal lang? para bumilis ang metabolism aaaat matanggal ang extra fats my nakapagsabi kasi sken or okay na nagagawa ko kumaen ng 4meals kada day(basta pasok sa macros ko) ..kasi my pasok ako sa school .. tanong sa mga master hehe @badass_vinch @BANE @dimzon03 @SmallWIJI and many more hehe

    Meal frequency is irrelevant as long as you are able to hit your required calories for the day. If you can do it with 2 or 3 meals, it's fine.

    Increasing meal frequency will not increase metabolism

    share ko lang nagpacheck up ako para sa mata ko kasi my pamumula (sore eyes na pala)
    dalawangclinic pinuntahan ko at pinagtimbangan nasa 76kgs daw ako ,nagulat ako nung unang timabang ko yung sa manual ung my ginagalaw 76 lumabas then ito ung pangalawa. ..medyo busy at sira pc kaya dalaw dalaw at pasilip silip langhehe ..btw thanks sa inyo mga master .. putok na rin uniform ko sa school haha.. tas mukha na akong pulis pag naka plain white tshirt Lol
