Idol - baka may alam kayo na gym (except Golds and Fitness first) at Alabang Muntinlupa city preferably near at Alabang town center or Festival Mall. I just want to lift weight during office breaktime or after work. I live in QC and too tired to lift at my usual QC gym after commuting from office to house. Appreciate your suggestion/recommendation.

mas mahal pa nga sa gold's eh. parang 24/7 lang ang advantage nitong bagong commercial gym chain sa gg. pinakita sa akin nung aussie sa kanyang tablet yung "magiging" itsura nung gym. malaki tignan at malinis, pero nothing special tulad nga ng indoor track, pool and other kinds of special training like for plyometrics, agility, strongman (lol). usual na weight section, cardio area, dance class room at spinning room. meron lang sila na wala pa akong nakita sa mga napuntanan kong branch ng GG, room puno ng parang gymnastics rings. hindi ko alam yung nauusong workout na yun. lol
sabi nung nakausap ko na 15 branches daw ang itatayo nila sa pinas. sa ganung price, good luck sa kanila. lalo na't medyo established na ang brands ng GG, FF at SWI. As far as 23/7, ok na eclipse kung weights (and cardio equiips) lang naman. I doubt na may aattend ng zumba classes sa madaling araw. :banghead:
well, mukha naman may market para sa ganyang high-end costly gyms kasi madami din naman members ang FF. or kapag dumami sila, bababa g konti ang market price. Huwag lang sana maapektuhan yung mga small neighborhood gyms.
